Tabi has the overall responsibility for administering investigations. She is generally the first point of contact for all new investigations and is the liaison person - acting between clients/claim handlers, the Managing Director and the Corporate Risks Investigation team.
Tabi joined Corporate Risks in 2012 and brings to Corporate Risks a high level of efficiency coupled with wide ranging administration and IT skills. It is this efficiency, along with her meticulous attention to detail, that continues to ensure the swift, effective liaison throughout all investigations in progress along with the smooth functioning of the Corporate Risks administration infrastructure.
Tabi, in conjunction with the Managing Director, allocates and administers all investigations. She maintains an overview of the investigation’s progress and will always be in a position to provide or facilitate ongoing updates to our clients.
Tabi also has full responsibility for all Corporate Risks invoicing, including the unusual event where an overdue invoice requires follow up and/or liaison with the client.
Tabi manages the Corporate Risks database and has more recently taken responsibility for developing and managing the Corporate Risks website.
In her role as Investigation Support Administrator – Tabi also plays an integral role in maintaining our client relationships. As part of this role she is likely to meet with our clients on an informal basis to discuss the many aspects of the Corporate Risks investigation process and to ensure that Corporate Risks is, at all times, meeting the expectations of our clients.
Since joining Corporate Risks, Tabi has shown herself to be a high achiever and demands, of herself, the same high standard of performance that is expected from the entire Corporate Risks investigation team.
Tabi also acts as the PA to the Managing Director and is usually in a position to liaise immediately with him, and pass on important information without delay. She assumes full responsibility for managing his timetable and travel arrangements.
In addition to acting as PA to the Managing Director, Tabi is also fully aware of the movements and location of all Corporate Risks investigators, and is the best person for putting claim handlers and clients in immediate contact when required. She has a full understanding of each contractor’s workload and is usually able to give an immediate response regarding each investigator’s availability to attend any new referral.
