Shaynee, in liaison with the Managing Director, manages all CR investigations from start to finish. She maintains contact with the Corporate Risks Investigation team throughout, with an overview of all investigations. This enables her to be aware of the movements and locations of all CR Investigators and, as such, ensures seamless liaison between the Corporate Risks Investigation team and clients.
Shaynee is the first point of contact for all new investigations and is the prime liaison person between CR and its clients.
Shaynee supports and regularly updates the CR investigators by liaising on their behalf (if required) with other agencies, including Police, Fire & Emergency New Zealand (FENZ), loss adjusters, lawyers and other stakeholders. This support goes hand in hand with her role as Health & Safety Manager where Shaynee ensures that established protocols are maintained daily with the entire CR team. She also acts as the EA to the Managing Director and is able to liaise immediately with him and pass on important information without delay. This also ensures an efficient communication link when clients need to make contact urgently.
Shaynee brings a high level of efficiency to her role and this, coupled with her wide-ranging administration and IT skills, contributes greatly to the seamless management of the CR investigation team. It is this efficiency, along with her meticulous attention to detail, that continues to ensure the swift, effective liaison throughout all investigations in progress, along with the smooth functioning of the Corporate Risks administration infrastructure.
